Durch den Wald, über Felder, vorbei an Städten oder Dörfern, am Wasser entlang oder über felsige Bergrücken - es gibt für jeden Geschmack etwas.
Terre d'Abbaye (Dinant)

A pleasant walk, mostly in the countryside, with some wooded areas, which takes you to the villages of Awagne and Loyers. Quite hilly, the landscape is varied with beautiful discoveries: the parks of the Chession Castle as well as the Malaise estate. At the beginning, limestone lawns and view on the Meuse valley, Bouvignes and the ruins of Crèvecoeur on the west bank of the Meuse.
In the neighborhood of Leffe, next to the abbey, you will find one of the best local restaurants in the region: Le Confessionnal. This atypical restaurant offers excellent French cuisine just like your grandmother's. An unforgettable experience. However, be sure to make reservations in advance as seating is limited but very popular.
Would you like to visit the Abbey of Leffe? Be aware that it opens only in July and August during weekends at 3:00 pm for a guided tour with one of the abbot fathers.
Are you more interested in beer? Then visit the Maison Leffe, an interactive museum about the making of this world famous beverage.
