Habergy walk

Following the path along the water, you will discover buildings that form part of the local minor heritage: a washhouse and mill, as well as a pond. The route soon takes you along wooded trails on the edge of the neighbouring commune of Saint-Léger. Part of the way follows the GR570 hiking trail. You will be able to enjoy fine views over the neighbouring villages. You will walk through quiet, peaceful places rich in a wide variety of fauna and flora. The path takes you across landscapes known as ‘cuestas’ (ridges with a gentle slope on one side and a steep slope on the other), before reaching the entrance to the village, where a final easement leads back to the church, where the circuit begins.
Start: Habergy village centre, at the church.
Waymarking: blue rectangle.
