Les Ruelles de Félicien

Discover the patrimonial and historical richness of a commune greatly appreciated by the painter Félicien Rops.
Starting from the square of Mettet, walk along the country roads and you will see the Castle of Thozée where the famous painter used to come regularly to admire the nature.
You will also come across many old and typical farms of the region such as those of Foy and Montigny, of Scry and of Saint-Jean in Mettet
The route, rather hilly, offers you some very nice viewpoints on the villages of Pontaury, Scry and Mettet.
After your walk, you can get your strength back at the Douceurs d'Alexandre, an artisanal chocolate shop with a small tasting room. You'll lick your lips when you see the selection of chocolates!
