The forest of Nismes in Lustin

A nice 5.3 km trail that takes you to the heights of the Bois de Nîmes.
You will have the impression to have fallen in "The World of Narnia" so much the forest has the fairy air. The passage is easy and pleasant while the last part of the walk is done on the sloping road.
The village of Lustin, from where the walk starts, has developed on the slopes of the Mosan valley, in a largely wooded environment.
There are the superb Rochers de Frênes (Ash Rocks), so well highlighted by illuminations at nightfall.
From the Belvedere or the Fête au Palais (two very good restaurants with panoramic terraces), beautiful landscapes are offered to the eye.
The site is classified as remarkable. Such assets can only invite you to go for a walk!
A little advice to make the most of this beautiful walk: bring good walking shoes because the wooded part is often muddy!
