Thynes-taviet (Dinant)

This route, as its name indicates, will start and finish in Thynes, passing through the peaceful village of Taviet. It is an easy walk with very little difference in level.
It is halfway through the woods so bring appropriate footwear as the path can be very muddy.
Go out of the village and take a little height to have a beautiful sight of it.
After this short kilometer on the road, you will take paths alternating wooded and open portions.
At the end of the route, the bell tower of the church of Thynes will rise gradually from the ground to indicate to you that the arrival is close.
Both villages are less than 10 km from Dinant, so why not make a detour for an afternoon visit? Discover its Citadel, its Collegiate Church or the house where Adolphe Sax was born!
Or go and eat in one of the many restaurants located along the croisette, there is something for everyone! We recommend some of them on our website!
