The Giant's Tomb has inspired many landscape gardeners. The setting for this beautiful walk leading to the banks of the Semois river.

From the panorama of Botassart, the clarity of the azure sky allows you to admire the magnificent meandering Semois and the entire forest area encircling it. From this point of view, the trail criss-crosses stunted vegetation and joins the banks of the Semois. As usual in this area, you find a beautiful natural river with clear waters ribboned gracefully with long filaments of green algae. Under the sun's rays, the tones of the river vary from blue to phosphorescent green, like being in front of an impressionist painting. At the Epine Mill, the path climbs in a spiral towards the ridges overlooking Bouillon. At the exit of the forest, a panoramic tower offers a viewing point towards the thousand-year-old city. Whilst the descent follows a corbelled path, is up there with the most beautiful mountain routes. On the way back, you can zig zag the river at the end of this beautiful hike.
