How exhilarating to follow the wandering River Lesse. It exerts its power of seduction and captivates, with its purity, indomitable by its torrential course.

As you walk, the gurgling leaping river mingles with chattering birdsong. On the banks of the Lesse River, the marvels of nature are everywhere. Legend has it that some small mythical creatures found their refuge there. These dwarfs, called “Nutons”, “Sotês” or “Lûtons” according to the legend of Wallonia, were dedicated to the well-being of their inhabitants. In exchange for the little jobs that the dwarfs carry out, the inhabitants of the region leave food in front of the rocks... If you don’t meet small gnomes during your ride, then the deer, stag and hawks will certainly cross your path instead.
During this hike, you take a section of the great route called "Entre Lesse and Lomme".
