Le Moulin Simonis

Starting at the Membre bridge, this walk climbs slowly upwards along a wide forest road. After the "Sept Chemins" crossroads, where seven hiking paths meet, the trail goes downhill again until it passes the Moulin Simonis. This old mill is now a beautiful hotel, isolated in the forest along the edge of the road from Membre to Sugny.
The second part of the hike awaits you with a steep climb to le Chêne à l'Image before descending again on a stony path to the village of Membre.
Almost 100% of the hike is in the forest and offers a lot of shade, but you will get warm when you climb up to the remarkable oak tree!
