La Forge - Ostemrée

From the beautiful church of Saint-Materne d'Anthée, descend to the small hamlet of Ostemerée. There you will see the castle of the same name before taking a country road that will lead you to a large farm and another castle, the one by the forge. All in red brick, it is easy to spot from the side of the road!

After a short passage through the forest, take a beautiful path back to Anthée.

After your walk, don't hesitate to go back to the artisan ice-cream maker "les Lutins". Ice cream in summer, cougnous in winter or any other sweet treat of your choice, everything is good!
