The Warfaaz lake
The lake of Warfaaz is located at the gates of the city of Spa; in the Ardennes, in the east of the province of Liege. Its surface area is 6.5 hectares, its greatest length is 600 m and its greatest width 200 m. Its depth varies from 1 m to 7 m. It is fed by the Wayai, which has its source in a hamlet of the same name, crosses the town of Spa and flows into the Hoegne at Theux. The perimeter is asphalted, which allows easy access to the fishing grounds. There are plenty of walks, restaurants near the lake for refreshments, and a playground for children, where they will not be bored.
