Heer - Agimont (Heer - Agimont )

Upon leaving Givet, the Meuse enters the territory of Namur, between Heer, on the right bank, and Agimont, on the left. The bridge across the river links these two municipalities which meet in Heer-Agimont, a haven of peace for amateur sailors.

This village is situated on the small river Massembre which forms the border between France and Belgium.

Mandatory step, due to the presence of a customs office, Heer became a village of sailors.

 The drop is the Left Bank, between 66 and 116 combined.

There are several restaurants, snack bars and station refueling.

B - The miniature train museum

The TMHM (Train Miniature Haute Meuse or Upper Meuse miniature train) brings the region’s glorious railway past back to life through the ‘little train’ and model-making.
